We require gross income of 3x rent at Palms At Cinco Ranch.

Palms At Cinco Ranch does require renter's insurance for all units.

Approval processing can take up to 3 days or more, depending on the documentation submitted.

We offer lease terms starting at 3 months.

All applicants are subject to background and credit screening as part of the application process.

Pricing, Fees, & Deposits

Security deposits vary based on the unit size and the results of the applicant's background check, credit history, and income verification.
Water, valet trash, pest control, and internet are additional utility charges not included in the rent.

Electricity.

Rent is due no later than the 4th of each month. We accept payments made by credit card, debit card, and checking account.

Move-In, Lease Terms

We offer from 3-15 month leases.

All move-in requirements must be completed before keys are issued.

We only allow lease transfers.
